Terms of use
Effective from 3 November 2026. Version 2026-11-pm1.
1. Who we are
Loomiks AI Project Manager is provided by Sirin Digital Limited ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17401586. Loomiks is our brand.
- Registered office and postal address: Unit 403 Screenworks, 22 Highbury Grove, London N5 2ER, United Kingdom.
- Email: contact@sirindigital.uk. This is the quickest way to reach us.
- Telephone: +44 7448 017087.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use this site and form the contract when you buy. Please read them before you pay, and save or print a copy: the version number at the top of this page identifies them. The version in force on the day you buy applies to that purchase. The contract is in English, the only language we offer it in.
You are a consumer if you are an individual buying wholly or mainly outside your trade, business, craft or profession. Otherwise you are a business customer. Some sections apply to only one of the two and say so. Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you as a consumer.
3. The service
Loomiks AI Project Manager has a free part and a paid part. The free part is the document X-ray, which reads your files in your browser with fixed rules, and the workspace with an example plan. The paid part is one run: it reads the text you approve and prepares a delivery plan and its files. A run is fully automated. No person prepares or reviews your plan.
4. What you get when you buy
A run is digital content. It includes the AI reading of the text you approve, the review of the findings, the plan, a critique of the plan, a written narrative and the Plan Pack: a PDF, an editable PowerPoint file, an Excel file, a Microsoft Project XML file, a calendar file and a CSV file. A plan with no start date has no calendar file. If a very large run reaches its processing limit the critique can be left out, and the plan says so.
One run takes up to 5 documents and 400 pages; above that, you choose which to use. A new document, or generating again from the start, is a new run.
After a run your plan stays open in the workspace for 24 months. Moving tasks, links, scenarios, risks, simulation, Play Motion, lenses and versions are free and have no limit. Exporting an edited version is free up to 20 times a day. A run includes 100 typed commands and 3 refreshes of the written narrative. A version you have exported does not change: any change makes a new version.
5. What you need to use it
The site and the workspace need a recent version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript on. Moving, stretching and linking bars need a desktop or a laptop; on a phone you can read a plan, close risks and start Play Motion. The 3D background needs WebGL, and the page works without it.
The X-ray reads PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), plain text and Markdown files. It cannot read scanned pages, or older .doc and .xls files until they are saved in the newer format. To open the Plan Pack you need a PDF reader, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project or another program that reads its XML format, a calendar application and anything that reads CSV.
We put no technical protection measures on your files, so you can copy, open and keep them.
6. Not advice
A plan, its dates and its chances are produced by software from the text you approve and from estimates. A chance of meeting a date is modelled from the plan's own estimates over simulated runs. It is not a historical statistic, tasks are treated as independent, and it is not a promise that a date will be met.
The reading can miss or misread a clause, and a clause it misses does not reach the plan, so check the findings at the review step and check the plan against your documents. Nothing we produce is a quotation, or legal, commercial, engineering or financial advice. Have a competent person check a plan before you rely on it for a contract, a bid or anything that affects safety.
7. How you buy, and when the contract is made
- You check your documents in the free X-ray and choose the ones to use.
- The step before payment shows what a run includes. You enter your email address, may replace names in the text, and tick the box that asks for immediate supply.
- You pay on the checkout page.
- We confirm your payment on screen and by email, and your browser sends only the text you approved.
You can go back and correct anything before you pay, and the checkout page shows the final amount before you confirm. The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. We keep a record of your order, and you can ask us for it. We follow no particular code of conduct.
8. Price and payment
The price is £19 including VAT, per run. It is a single payment, not a subscription. The final amount is shown at checkout, where you may also be offered your local currency.
Payment is handled by Link, the payment service of Stripe and the merchant of record for this purchase. At checkout you see "Sold through Link", and your statement shows a line starting LINK.COM*. Link takes the payment, works out and collects any sales tax or VAT, sends your receipt or invoice, and handles questions and disputes about the payment. You can see your order at link.com. Link applies its own terms to the payment, and the checkout page shows them.
We provide the plan and answer every question about it. We never see your card details.
9. Delivery
Once your payment is confirmed your browser sends the text you approved and the reading starts. It usually takes less than an hour, and you can close the tab: an email tells you when it is done. You then review the findings: you can correct them, or choose Generate. If you do nothing for 72 hours, we generate the plan from the findings as they stand and tell you by email. The plan and its files usually follow within an hour.
10. Your right to cancel and immediate supply
This section is for consumers. A consumer can normally cancel an online purchase within 14 days of making the contract, without giving a reason. For digital content that right ends once supply has begun, if you asked for supply to start early and acknowledged that you would lose the right.
The step before payment asks you for exactly that, in a box that is not ticked in advance, and we cannot take your order without it. Supply begins when the reading of your approved text starts. We keep a record of your request: the version of the wording, its fingerprint and the time. We confirm it by email as soon as your payment is confirmed, and again when your plan is ready.
Until the reading starts you can still cancel. Tell us clearly by email or by post, for example with the form below, and we will refund the full price, using the same way you paid, within 14 days. After that you cannot cancel, but your rights under "If something is wrong" stay.
Cancellation form. Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel the contract.
To: Sirin Digital Limited, Unit 403 Screenworks, 22 Highbury Grove, London N5 2ER, contact@sirindigital.uk.
I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following digital content: Loomiks AI Project Manager, plan reference ____. Ordered on ____. Name of consumer ____. Email address used ____. Date ____.
11. If a plan cannot be produced
If a plan cannot be produced, the payment is refunded in full automatically. You do not need to ask. This includes a run where more than 20% of the sections of your text cannot be read.
If your approved text never reaches us after payment, for example because you paid on another device or closed the browser, the page asks for your files again, an email reminds you after 72 hours, and after 14 days the payment is refunded in full automatically.
12. If something is wrong
If a file does not open, has a technical fault or does not match what we described, tell us at contact@sirindigital.uk and we will put it right.
If you are a consumer, the law requires digital content to be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose you made known to us, and as described. If it is not, you can ask for a repair or a replacement. If that is impossible, or is not done in a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you can ask for a price reduction, which can be up to the full price. If digital content we supply damages your device or other digital content because we did not use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation. Nothing in these terms affects those rights. Citizens Advice can tell you more at citizensadvice.org.uk.
If you are a business customer, we will re-make a faulty plan or refund its price, and that is your full remedy for a fault, to the extent the law allows. Terms that would otherwise be implied by law are excluded to the same extent.
Link may also issue refunds under its own procedures for purchases it processes, in some cases up to 60 days after the payment.
13. Your content
Your documents remain yours. Send only text you are entitled to share with us. Before you approve it, check that sending it does not break a confidentiality agreement or another duty, and do not send classified or export-controlled material.
We use your text only to provide your run. We do not use it to train any model, and we ask the analysis service provider not to keep it or train on it.
14. Personal data in your documents
Documents often name people. You decide what is sent: before you approve the text you can replace names with aliases, and we suggest you do that for anyone the plan does not need. Do not send health data or other special categories of personal data.
Where the text holds personal data that you or your organisation control, you are the controller of it and we process it on your behalf to provide your run. It concerns the people named in your documents, and consists of their names and what the text says about them, such as roles and work contact details. For that data we:
- act only on your instructions, which are these terms and what you do in the service, unless the law requires otherwise, and tell you if we think an instruction breaks data protection law;
- keep it confidential and make sure anyone who handles it is bound to do the same;
- protect it as the privacy notice describes;
- use the providers listed in the privacy notice, on terms that protect it in the same way, stay responsible for them, and update the notice before we add or replace one, so that you can object or delete your run;
- help you, as far as our role allows, to answer requests from those people and to meet your duties on security, breaches and impact assessments, and tell you without undue delay about a breach that affects it;
- delete it at the end of the periods in the privacy notice, or when you use "Delete now";
- give you the information you reasonably need to show that this is being followed, and allow reasonable audits for that purpose.
15. What you may do with the results
You may use your plan and its files within your organisation and with your customers and suppliers, and may copy and adapt them for that.
We keep all rights in the service, its software, its templates and its design. Parts of a plan are generated automatically, so someone else may receive similar wording, and such text may not attract copyright of its own.
16. Fair use of the service
You must not:
- resell or rebrand the service, or scrape it in bulk;
- try to disrupt it, get around its limits, or reach data that is not yours;
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer it, except where the law lets you;
- use it or its results to train or build a competing model or product;
- send anything unlawful, or anything that carries malicious code.
If we have good reason to think these rules are being broken, we may suspend access and will tell you why, unless the law or the security of the service stops us. If you find a security problem, please tell us at contact@sirindigital.uk.
17. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise that it will be free of interruption, for example during maintenance. Your plan stays open in the workspace for 24 months from payment, and you can get back to it with your email address and a code. "Delete now" removes it earlier. Please download what you want to keep for longer.
We may change the service to improve it or to keep it lawful and secure. A plan you have already bought keeps its content and files. If we have to withdraw the service while you can still reach your plan, we will tell you in good time so that you can download your files, and if you have received nothing you paid for we will refund you.
18. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. The service is a planning tool, so we are not liable to a consumer for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of a business opportunity.
If you are a business customer, our total liability to you for anything arising under or in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned, and we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, contracts, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, in each case to the extent the law allows.
19. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by something outside our reasonable control, such as a failure of a network, of a hosting or service provider, or of power. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and will keep the delay as short as we can. If it lasts more than 30 days you can ask for a refund of anything you paid for and have not received.
20. Complaints
Please write to contact@sirindigital.uk or to our registered office, and say which plan it is about. We reply within 5 working days and aim to give you a full answer within 30 days.
We do not currently use an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a complaint, Citizens Advice can tell you what you can do, and you can go to court. A complaint about your personal data is covered in the privacy notice.
21. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for future purchases. A new version carries a new number and date at the top of this page. A purchase you have already made stays under the version you accepted, unless the law requires otherwise.
22. General, law and courts
Only you and we have rights under this contract; no one else can enforce it. We may transfer our rights and duties to another organisation if that does not reduce your rights, and we will tell you if we do. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stay in force. If we do not insist on something straight away, we can still do so later. For a business customer these terms are the whole agreement about the purchase.
Product names on this site, such as Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint, are trademarks of their owners. We are not affiliated with them.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring them in your local courts. A business customer agrees that the courts of England and Wales alone have jurisdiction. Questions: contact@sirindigital.uk.
