Delivery plans from your documents

Know whether your date will hold before you commit to it.

Give it a tender or a contract. It reads the document, ties tasks and dates to their clauses, marks what is only assumed, and calculates whether the date will hold.

The document X-ray is free and needs no account. A full run is £19 including VAT.

  • 10,000 simulated runs behind every chance
  • Every task tied to a quote, or marked as assumed
  • 6 files in the Plan Pack
  • Your file stays on your device

How it works

From your document to a plan you can work in.

Drawn the way the workspace draws a plan.

  1. Document X-ray

Free. Drop your files on the page and your browser reads them with fixed rules: dates, durations, obligations, penalties, conflicting dates and what is missing. Nothing leaves your device. Rules go less deep than the AI reading, and the X-ray says so.

  2. Payment

One payment of £19 including VAT. There is no account: your email address and a six-digit code are enough.

  3. AI reading

Your browser sends only the text you approve. It is read section by section and code checks every quote against your document. Counters on the screen show what has been read, confirmed and rejected. You can close the tab: an email tells you when it is done.

  4. Review

You see the findings, the conflicting dates and the gaps. Correct them, or choose Generate. If you do nothing for 72 hours, the plan is generated from the findings as they stand and an email tells you.

  5. Generate

The plan with its critical path and Date Verdict, a critique of the plan, the written narrative and the Plan Pack.

  6. Workspace

Your plan opens here. Come back to it for 24 months with your email address and a code.

Free to try, no account

A real workspace, live in your browser.

This is the screen your plan opens in, with a fictional project. Change anything and the critical path and the end date follow in the same frame.

  1. Drag an orange bar to the right. Orange is the critical path.Tap a bar to see what it rests on. Open the risks and close one: the chance moves.
  2. Chance 25%. Critical path ends 27 Jun 2028.

What sets it apart

A plan you can check, test and argue with.

The Workspace

The plan is a place to work in, not a file you receive. Move anything and the engine recalculates the critical path and the end date in the same frame. The simulation follows a moment later, in the background.

  • Stretch a bar

Its length changes and everything chained behind it moves.

  • Move a bar

It gets a not-before date and a moved-by-hand mark. The links stay, and one click puts it back.

  • Draw a link

Drag from the end of one bar to another. A link that would close a loop is refused, with the reason.

  • Drag the target flag

The chance of making that date and the moves it needs change.

  • Close a risk

The 80% date and the spread of finishes change.

  • Compare a scenario

Accelerated, Balanced and Conservative, as outlines on the same axis.

  • Step through versions

Every change is a version. Set a baseline and the old bars stay behind as outlines.

  • Change the lens

Executive, PMO, Engineering and Customer each see the same plan with the detail they need.

  • Start Play Motion

A playhead runs through the programme, gates open, and each decision is told in turn. It is made for presenting.

Evidence Lock

A task, a date or a constraint counts as evidence only when code finds its quote in your document. The AI reading proposes the quote and code does the checking. Differences a PDF makes, such as spacing or a word split at a line end, are forgiven. A changed word is not.

Whatever does not pass, or whatever your document does not state, is marked as such. You can always see what the plan rests on.

Example requirements (fictional)

6.7The facility shall be accredited before any customer workload is run on it.

7.1The Customer shall sign acceptance within five working days of the final test report.

7.4The service shall be open to users by 31 July 2028.

  • EvidenceGo-live

Tied to this quote, and code found the quote in the source.

  • AssumptionExpedite the transformer slot

Nothing in the source states this. It needs confirming.

  • InferredMobilise the programme

Worked out from the rest of the plan. No source states it directly.

From the example plan. The source is fictional.

Date Verdict

Will the contract date hold, and which moves would make it hold? The engine works this out from the plan itself over 10,000 simulated runs. It is computed, not guessed, and no AI writes the number.

In the example the critical path ends on 27 Jun 2028, ahead of the 31 Jul 2028 date, and a chart alone would call that safe. With the risks and the longer estimates counted, 25% of runs make it.

The result is modelled from the plan's own estimates. It is not a historical statistic, and tasks are treated as independent.

What would make it hold

  1. Expedite the transformer slot

Critical path then ends 16 May 2028. Costs: premium price, availability to be confirmed.

  2. Overlap burn-in with platform software

Critical path then ends 2 May 2028. Costs: late findings can force rework.

  3. Second shift on rack install

Critical path then ends 20 Apr 2028. Costs: higher labour cost.

  4. Order transformers earlier in design

Critical path then ends 13 Apr 2028. Costs: specification risk on the order.

  5. Overlap Level 3 and Level 4 testing

Critical path then ends 7 Apr 2028. Costs: needs a larger test team.

With all 5 moves the chance is 80%, and 80% of runs finish by 31 Jul 2028.

What you get

The Plan Pack: six files from one frozen version of your plan.

A figure in the PDF is the figure on your screen. Export an edited version and its figures come from that version.

The decision

  • A Date Verdict: the chance of meeting your date, where the critical path ends, and the dates half and four in five runs finish by.
  • The moves that would make it hold, each with the days it saves and what it costs.
  • Three scenarios side by side: accelerated, balanced and conservative.

The plan

  • A Gantt chart of every task, with float, gates and milestones.
  • The critical path, and what moves the finish most.
  • Resources by role and week, a RACI and an approval calendar.

The risks

  • A risk register in the order closing each risk is worth, each with prevention, a plan B, an owner and an early warning.
  • Open questions, ranked by how far an answer moves the date.
  • The last responsible decisions: what must be settled, and by when.

The evidence

  • Conflicts and traps in your documents, each with the quotes it rests on.
  • Assumptions marked as assumptions, and a source appendix with every quote and its place.
  • A critique of the plan, and a written narrative whose every figure comes from the engine.
  • PDF

    The full plan

Summary, Date Verdict, Gantt chart, critical path, gates, risks, scenarios, RACI, assumptions and the sources.

  • PPTX

    Editable PowerPoint

Native shapes and tables you can change, not pictures of them.

  • XLSX

    Excel workbook

Overview, tasks, links, risks, questions, RACI and assumptions, with real numbers and dates you can sort and sum.

  • XML

    Microsoft Project XML

Tasks, links, durations, constraints, resources and the calendar, in that file format.

  • ICS

    Calendar file

Gates, decisions and milestones as calendar dates. A plan with no start date has no calendar file.

  • CSV

    CSV

    The tasks as plain rows.

Privacy

Your file stays on your device. Only the text you approve is sent, after payment.

Before payment

The X-ray and this example run in your browser. We hold no document of yours. The X-ray counts its own network requests where you can see them, and once its page has loaded it reads with your Wi-Fi off.

After payment

Your browser sends only the text you approve, not the file. It goes to an analysis service provider, and we ask only for European endpoints that keep no copy and do not train on it. Later steps see only the quotes that passed the check.

What we keep

The approved text for 30 days. The plan and its files, with the quotes they rest on, for 24 months. "Delete now" removes all of it at any time and gives you a receipt.

Read the privacy notice

Delivery guarantee

If a plan cannot be produced, the payment is refunded in full automatically.

You do not need to ask. The same holds if your text never reaches us after payment: the page asks for your files again, an email reminds you after 72 hours, and after 14 days the payment is refunded in full.

Questions

Before you start

What documents can it read?

PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), plain text and Markdown. An older .doc or .xls file needs saving in the newer format first. Scanned pages cannot be read, because text recognition is not available. One run takes up to 5 documents and 400 pages. The X-ray's rules work in English and Turkish.

Is it only for data centres and AI factories?

No. The engine works with any project document. The example here is an AI data hall because the examples come from AI factory and infrastructure delivery.

Will the AI reading catch everything?

No. It can miss a clause, and a clause it misses does not reach the plan. That is why you review the findings before anything is generated, and why every task shows its quote or says that it has none.

How far can I trust the chance of meeting the date?

It is a model, not a forecast from past projects. It comes from the plan's own estimates over 10,000 simulated runs, with its risks included, and tasks are treated as independent. If an estimate is wrong the chance is wrong. Where your document states no duration the estimate is the AI's draft, so check it: every estimate is yours to change, and you see what follows.

Does the AI work out the dates?

No. The AI reads the document and drafts the plan: its tasks, links and estimates. The dates, the critical path and the chances are calculated by the engine, in your browser and on our side alike. In the written narrative every figure is filled in from the engine, and text that fails the check is left out.

Is my document used to train anything?

We ask only for endpoints that do not train on your text and keep no copy of it. The file itself stays on your device. The privacy notice has the detail.

Does it work on a phone?

You can read a plan, close risks and start Play Motion on a phone. Dragging, stretching and linking bars need a desktop.

Do I need an account?

No. To get back to your plans, open My plans, enter your email address and type the six-digit code we send you.

Can I cancel?

Before payment you are asked to request immediate supply, in a box that is not ticked in advance. You lose the 14-day right to cancel once supply begins. If a plan cannot be produced, the payment is refunded in full automatically. The terms have the detail.
